Irridescent Fireworm
The iridescent fire worm cannot reproduce asexually by fertilizing itself, but it can reproduce asexually when a complete segment is detached from the original worm. This process is called fragmentation. Fragmentation is when a complete fragment of the parent organism separates from it and grows to become an organism of its own. Both these organisms are able to reproduce on their own by the process of fragmentation, continuing the process.
